Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

This policy explains how ValuClaw handles information for website visitors, pilot customers, and product users. Customer deployments may also be governed by a separate agreement, data-processing addendum, or security addendum.

1. Information We Collect

Website and pilot inquiries: name, work email, company, role, message content, and scheduling details when you contact us.

Usage and technical data: basic log data, device/browser information, pages visited, referrer information, and security telemetry generated by hosting and infrastructure providers.

Pilot and product data: documents, messages, workbooks, prompts, source material, generated artifacts, approvals, and audit records that a customer or authorized user chooses to provide or connect during a pilot or deployment.

Administrative data: account, billing, procurement, security-review, and support information when a customer enters into a commercial relationship with ValuClaw.

2. How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries, schedule pilots, provide product updates, and support customers.

To operate, secure, monitor, debug, and improve the website and ValuClaw product.

To prepare source-backed work product requested by authorized users during pilots or deployments.

To maintain audit records, enforce permissions and approvals, support retention controls, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.

3. Customer Data and Model Training

ValuClaw is designed for permissioned capital-markets work. Customer content should be processed only for the customer's authorized workflow and subject to the customer's contract, security requirements, and approved deployment model.

We do not sell customer documents, research history, or generated artifacts. We do not use customer data to train third-party foundation models unless a customer has expressly agreed to that use in writing.

4. Service Providers

We may use vendors for hosting, security, analytics, email, authentication, payment processing, model access, logging, and customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to ValuClaw.

The exact provider set may differ by customer deployment, especially for private cloud, customer cloud, or customer-controlled model-routing arrangements.

5. Security and Retention

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege operational practices.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer retention period is required by law, contract, security review, audit obligations, or customer policy.

6. Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, subject to applicable law and any customer contract or retention obligation.

For pilot or enterprise data controlled by a customer, requests may need to go through that customer's administrator.

7. Contact

For privacy questions, data requests, pilot access, or security review, contact hello@valuwiki.com.
