ValuClaw provides AI-assisted workflows for capital-markets professionals. The website, demos, pilots, and product previews are intended for business and professional use.

You may use ValuClaw only in accordance with applicable law, customer policies, data-vendor restrictions, and any written agreement between ValuClaw and your organization.

ValuClaw helps prepare research, workflow, and Office-native work product. It does not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, fiduciary advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold securities.

Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, validating sources and calculations, applying professional judgment, and obtaining any required approvals before relying on, sharing, sending, or filing work product.

ValuClaw uses AI systems and connected tools. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, stale information, incorrect assumptions, or incomplete source coverage.

No output should be treated as final until it has been reviewed by a qualified professional and approved under the customer's applicable policies.

You may not connect, upload, or submit data unless you have the rights and permissions to do so. This includes customer confidential information, third-party market data, broker research, data-room materials, and documents subject to vendor or client restrictions.

ValuClaw does not grant rights to use third-party data sources. Customers and users are responsible for complying with their own data licenses, confidentiality obligations, and regulatory requirements.

Pilot access may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Enterprise deployments may be governed by separate order forms, master service agreements, data-processing terms, security addenda, or statements of work.

If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed agreement with a customer, the signed agreement controls for that customer.

You may not use ValuClaw to violate law, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute restricted data, create deceptive content, submit trades, send external communications without required approval, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

You may not use ValuClaw outputs as a substitute for required compliance, supervisory, investment committee, legal, or professional review.

The website, demos, and pilots are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a written agreement states otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValuClaw disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, demos, pilots, or AI outputs.
